Description
Bull Head hot and spicy BBQ sauce is an easy way to amp up the heat on your BBQ cooking. A blend of spicy chilli, Sichuan peppers and dried fish gives this sauce its hot and pungent balance of flavours.
While it’s designed to be used in your barbecue dishes, the ways you can use this sauce aren’t limited to cooking over flames. Use it as a glaze for grilled pork and BBQ octopus, or add it to homemade hot pot stock for an extra spicy kick.
Ingredients: Soybean oil, dried lizard fish (fish), garlic, shallot, sesame, chilli powder(2.5%), coconut powder, dried shrimp (crustacean), ginger, Sichuan pepper (2.5%), salt, pepper (0.5%).
