These Gordal olives stuffed with chilli are a delicious tapas snack with spicy, salty flavour. Each plump green olive is filled with red chilli pepper, for a heat that complements the salty, briny olive.
Gordal olives are originally from Seville, translating ‘the fat one’ in Spanish. These olives live up to their name, as they are the largest, plumpest green olives you can buy. Perfect as a pre-dinner party nibble or to start a tapas feast.
