These gordal olives with dried tomatoes and capers make a wonderful tapas dish or appetizer before a Spanish feast. Gordal olives are originally from Seville, and they take their name from the Spanish for ‘the fat one’ – thanks to their round plump shape. They have a soft and delicate flavour with a firm and meaty texture. They are the perfect partner with salty capers and earthy dried tomatoes.
Ingredients: Pitted green olives gordal, dried tomato, capers, vegetable oil, garlic, spices, liquid (water, salt, acidulant (citric acid, vinegar), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).
