Ghana Best palm nut or palmnut soup is a palm fruit concentrate, made from freshly squeezed palm nut fruit juice. This palm nut concentrate is a key ingredient in banga, a nutty West African soup that’s rich with spices and eaten with fufu.
To use this palm nut soup, add two parts of water to one part palm nut soup, then boil for 20 minutes. Add your choice of protein, vegetables and spices to the broth.
