Fiore Di Puglia Taralli with Wholegrains, 225g

Description

Fiore di Puglia taralli with wholegrains are moreish Italian snacks from Puglia, or Apulia, in southern Italy. Lying somewhere between a cracker, a breadstick and a pretzel, taralli are often served with a glass of red wine or alongside antipasti.

These wholegrain taralli are packed with flavour from a blend of wholegrains – rye, barley, oat and spelt. Sesame and flax seeds give added crunch and a nutty flavour.

Fiore di Puglia is a family bakery that’s been making Apulian specialities for over 60 years. It was founded by Antonio Fiore, who started out simply baking bread for the Apulian city of Andria. His son, Giuseppe, suggested expanding into taralli, biscuits and even pasta. Giuseppe is still at the head of the company today and runs Fiore di Puglia with his four children. They all have the same passion for regional Apulian baking as Antonio did all those years ago.
