Defrutum Pink Balsamic condiment is a beautifully sweet-sharp dressing, with crisp apple flavours and rich fruity notes. The pink balsamic is made from Italian Ancellotta grapes, then aged in oak wooden barrels, for an extra vanilla note.
An extraordinary balance of tart and juicy sweetness, this beautiful pink vinegar has a real richness, which works brilliantly in simple salad dressings or vinaigrette. Try it in a prawn cocktail sauce! Pair it with figs and mascarpone for a decadent dessert, or add a dash to sparkling water for a refreshing summer drink.
