The De Buyer professional stainless-steel dough scraper is ideal for cutting portions of pastry or bread dough. The stainless-steel dough scraper is also ideal for scoring the deep lines in soda bread, and for scraping dough cleanly off work surfaces. It’s also useful for cleaning excess dough, batter and other food out of square or rectangular dishes made from glass, ceramic or plastic.
Dishwasher safe.
