This olive oil comes from an award-winning producer in the Andalucia region of southern Spain. The family business has been transformed in recent years with an increased focus on organic farming methods and a new mobile milling machine. This machine allows the olives to be milled within an hour of being picked for maximum freshness and flavour.
Citizens of Soil work with female oil producers, who work alongside the environment. They are B-Corp registered.
