Cherry Rocher Crème de Fraise, Strawberry Liqueur, 500ml

Description

Add a splash of crème de fraise to a glass of Champagne to add a burst of berry sweetness. Made by macerating strawberries in alcohol, this liqueur has a silky smooth texture and bold fruity flavour. It will turn a glass of chilled crémant or white wine an alluring shade of pale pink. Garnish with fresh strawberries for a perfect party drink!

Crème de fraise is a great alternative to crème de cassis in a pre-dinner Kir Royale. It’s delicious in a grown-up strawberry milkshake or a ‘Tutti Frutti’ cocktail made with vodka, orange juice and peach liqueur. Try adding a splash to a fruity coulis to serve with ice cream or a wobbly vanilla panna cotta.
