Cherry Rocher’s babas in limoncello are a fantastic quick fix dessert - ideal for dinner parties or a midweek treat. The babas (small yeast cakes) are macerated in limoncello so each bite is full of sweet and zingy lemon flavour.

Serve the babas with ice cream, crème fraîche or Chantilly cream. A scattering of raspberries will add a pop of colour and cut through their richness. Irresistibly sweet and moist, these bite-sized babas are a decadent treat to enjoy after dinner with coffee or your favourite liqueur.
