What can I smoke?
You can smoke almost anything! Because the smoke is cool, you don't need to worry it melting or heating any of your dishes. Try smoking butter, salads, chocolate, meringues, fish fillets, sauces, and fruit - turning them into unique new culinary sensations. You can also add smoke to alcohol and cocktails.
How long should I smoke food for?
Typically you would use the smoking gun for 30-60 seconds. For a more intense flavour, just repeat.
What smoking chips should I use in the smoker?
The smoker includes a sample of applewood and hickory smoke chips. However, the smoke aroma is only limited by your imagination - smoulder different wood chips, teas, herbs, spices and even hay and dried flowers. The smoking gun works well with any of our extra fine wood chips.
