This chocolate velvet spray brings a flawless velvety chocolate cocoa-powder-effect coating to desserts, yule logs, ice-creams, and cakes... Use the chocolate velvet spray can instead of a chocolate spray gun to create a fine mist finish on any patisserie. The velvet finish not only looks spectacular, but also creates a very fine outer layer to help keep patisserie moist. White velvet spray, red velvet spray and caramel velvet spray are also available.

Immerse the can in warm water for 30 minutes before use; and place the dessert into the freezer at least 20 minutes before spraying. 

Ingredients: Sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat, low fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, stabiliser: E492, colours: E100, E120, E172. Propellant gas: butane
