Chestnut flour is a traditional Italian flour, which is rich and naturally sweet. Packed with nutty flavour it's a must-have in the pantry during the winter months. Chestnut flour is naturally sweet and contains no additives.

Try using chestnut flour to make castagnaccio traditional pancakes, add flavour to crêpes or use in torta al cacao, a rich Italian chocolate cake. Chestnut flour can also be used in savoury recipes such as chestnut tagliatelle served with a walnut sauce.
