The couverture chocolate is pre-tempered, so with care, they will set as glossy chocolate with a clean ‘snap’. They’re also suitable for ganaches, praline and ice creams. The pure vanilla extract is an entirely natural product with deep, complex aromas. And the intense sweetness of the natural passion fruit powder works beautifully with chocolate – pair with dark chocolate for a sophisticated balance between fruity sweetness and bitterness, or with white chocolate for sweet and creamy flavours.
