Use the silicone tamper to form identical pastry cups and make sure your pastry is all of an even thickness.

To use the tamper, dip into flour and tap the excess off. Place small balls of dough in the bottom of each cup, then firmly press the tamper into the dough. Use enough pressure so that the dough rises up the sides of the cups to be level with the top of the tray.

Used one side for the Silicone Mini Tart Tray and the other side for the Silicone Mini Canapé Tray. 

Dishwasher, oven, microwave & freezer safe
