The innovative French chef Christine Le Tennier has created a range of beautifully coloured and flavoured pearls to complement any dish. Likened to caviar, the flavour pearls are luxurious spheres of juice encased in a gossamer fine gel which burst in the mouth. 

Enjoy the shallot vinegar flavour pearls as a classic with oysters, fish dishes, or to add a little zing to a cheese course. The pearls are a shallot-lilac colour. Click through to see more flavour pearls here.

Each 50g jar contains 10-15 portions. Refrigerate after opening and use within seven days. 

Ingredients: red wine vinegar (70%), water, gelling agents: sodium alginate, calcium chloride; thickener: cellulose gum; concentrated beet juice, shallot flavour.
