If you’re a fan of artisan sourdough bread and dark chocolate, then Pump Street Bakery’s sourdough & sea salt 66% dark chocolate bar is for you! Pump Street Bakery have added crumbs from their signature sourdough loaf to dark Ecuadorian chocolate. A sprinkling of sea salt completes the recipe, for a dark chocolate with malty, mineral depth.

Pump Street Bakery are a family owned bakery and café in Suffolk. After mastering the world of bread and pastries, they turned their hands to chocolate. They are now a bean-to-bar producer of high quality, single origin chocolate bars and couvertures. Pump Street Bakery know how important the growing, drying and fermentation of cocoa beans is when it comes to good quality chocolate. This led them to only work with owner-operated farms and co-operatives that use traditional methods wherever possible, and that also grow the best varieties of cacao. The beans are then directly imported to their bakery, where they roast the cocoa beans in their bread ovens to kick off the chocolate making process.

Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, breadcrumbs, sea salt. Minimum 66% cocoa solids. Contains allergens: gluten (wheat, rye).
