Description
Yutaka mirin adds depth of flavour, sweetness and a glossy appearance to Japanese sauces and marinades. Made from glucose syrup, water and fermented rice alcohol, the sweet rice seasoning is a key ingredient in teriyaki sauces.
To make teriyaki sauce, mix together the following ingredients:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
- 1 tsp sugar

The Yutaka brand began life as a Japanese restaurant 35 years ago. They've fast become the leading supplier of Japanese restaurants gaining a reputation for authentic, flavoursome food which is reflected in the meaning of 'yutaka' - 'good harvest.'
Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, fermented rice alcohol (2%) [water, rice, alcohol, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, enzyme: rice malt], sugar, spirit vinegar, acidity regulator: citric acid, cane molasses.
Storage: store in a cool, dry and dark place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.
