Chilli garlic sauce is a fiery Chinese condiment. Made from chillies, garlic and vinegar, the textured sauce has a satisfying piquant, savoury kick. Use this handy sauce as a quick and easy way to spice up stir-fries, such as stir-fried aubergine, chilli-glazed beef or butterflied king prawns or serve as a dipping sauce to accompany dumplings, rice dishes and noodles.
Lee Kum Kee was founded by a cook from Guangdong village who discovered oyster sauce in 1888. Known for the range and quality of its Chinese sauces, the company is now a global brand, widely used in Chinese restaurants around the world.
