Use the Walkerswood Jamaican las’lick jerk pepper sauce to brings instant Caribbean flavours to your table - with a more-ish finger-licking kick! In this twist on a classic Jerk sauce, the original Walkerswood blend of allspice, scotch bonnets, garlic and nutmeg is mixed with tomatoes and molasses to make a richer marinade or table sauce.

Just rub the sauce over a fillet of fish or chicken, and roast in foil in the oven for 10-15 minutes and serve.The las'lick jerk sauce is made from local Caribbean hot peppers, in a small factory in the rural hills of Jamaica.
