Venison and duck liver pate is smooth with a rich creaminess from the duck liver and gamey notes from the venison. The port and spices add depth and a slight sweetness. Serve the venison and duck liver pate on toasted brioche or sourdough crispbread with a little peppery salad and a sweet preserve – try this onion marmalade with Pedro Ximenez sherry. This makes a great quick starter or indulgent snack.

Ingredients: duck liver (36%), leek, butter, venison meat (13%), port wine (6%), tomato, salt, spices. Contains allergens: milk. Also contains sulphites. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 15 days.
