Cassava is a large tuber with white flesh. This steam-cooked cassava can be fried and mashed. The starchy root has a slightly tangy flavour and is the key ingredient in garri.

Follow the below instructions for using Vapza cassava:

  • Using a knife, cut one side of the packaging and gently squeeze content in a sieve.
  • Wash the product under running water and sieve it well.
  • Season with salt.
  • If shallow frying the cassava, dry before using.

Ingredients: Cassava (80%), Water (20%) and antioxidant sodium metabisulfite

Allergy advice: Contain sulphites.

Storage: Store at room temperature (up to 30 degrees Celsius), in a dry and fresh place. After opening the product, keep refrigerated and consume within two days.
