Etnao is a rich chocolate ganache coated with Valrhona’s finest Guanaja 70% dark chocolate - rich with notes of coffee and molasses. To use the chocolate cores, make your batter, then place a chocolate core into the centre of the batter and bake. The result? A rich, molten centre, every time.
