Description

Galangal is a root from the ginger family that is widely used in South East Asian cooking. Galangal adds an authentic touch to Thai curry pastes, soups, and salads.

This jar of galangal has been finely chopped for ease of use - simply drain the galangal and add to dishes. Try adding galangal to Thai fish cakes, tom yum soup, or even an apple crumble for added zing.

Ingredients: galangal (69%), water, acetic acid. Produced in a facility that also handles peanuts, nuts, soybean and sesame seeds.
