This non-stick silicone individual gugelhupf mould is designed for the classically shaped Austrian gugelhupf cake - the Eastern European marble cake, shaped in a ring like a crown. In Poland the cake is known as a bundt cake, in Germany, Austria, Switzerland as a gugelhupf or gugelhopf, and in Hungary a kuglóf.
The silicone baking mould is made from food-safe silicone. The products are thoroughly tested in professional kitchens by professional chefs and pastry chefs. The non-stick moulds do not need to be greased before cooking, and the baked products are easy to unmould by simply flexing the silicone mould. The moulds are designed for use from -40°C to 280°C, so are suitable for freezing parfaits and ices, through to cooking at very high temperatures.
The mat measures 175x295mm and will form 6 individual gugelhupf, 68mm in diameter and 33mm high.
