Cuttlefish caponata is a limited edition Sea Sisters creation. They’ve taken the classic Sicilian dish and given it a seafood twist. In their recipe, aubergine is replaced by sustainably caught cuttlefish. Is this your first time buying from us?

This British conservas is made with cuttlefish, peppers, pine nuts and capers. The ingredients are marinated in basil-infused olive oil for authentic Mediterranean flavour. The bold flavours are a great match for mild, slightly sweet cuttlefish. It has a firm but tender texture, similar to octopus and squid.

Serve cuttlefish caponata at room temperature with crackers or crusty bread. It’s a delicious alternative to bruschetta. Pair it with wine or an Aperol spritz for an Italian-themed aperitivo hour. Add any leftovers to lunchtime salads and grain bowls.
