Sabor Biquinho Peppers 300g

Sabor biquinho peppers have a citrusy, fruity and slightly smoky flavour. The small, tear-drop shaped peppers have a mild heat. Here, they are preserved in salt and vinegar.

This variety of pepper is very popular in Brazil, and is served at botecos - small neighbourhood bars. The pickled chilli peppers are used to garnish linguica bebada, a flambéed sausage snack.

You can also use these bite-sized peppers to garnish cocktails, or eat straight from the jar.

Ingredients: Chilli bico, salt and vinegar.
