Use the round butter mould to shape softened butter into small cylinders – ideal for buffets or dinner parties. The mould includes a star-shaped stamp on a plunger, so you can imprint a decoration at the same time as releasing the butter from the mould.
To use, place the mould in the freezer for around 30 minutes before filling with with butter. Then use the maple wood butter knife to press softened butter into the mould and place in the fridge for approx. 2 hours. Once set, use the plunger to release the butter from the mould.
The round butter mould can shape 20g of butter and is made from maple wood.
Maple wood is odourless, non-toxic, highly durable, and can tolerate gentle washing after use. Maple is therefore a popular wood choice for kitchen utensils.
Hand wash only.
