Use the round butter mould to shape softened butter into rounded pats – ideal for round butter dishes or for putting on display at a buffet or dinner party.
The mould has fluted edges, and is engraved with different designs – some with flowers, some with birds. When you release the butter from the mould, the design will be imprinted on top of the pat.
To use, pop the mould in the freezer for around 30 minutes before filling with butter. Use the maple wood butter knife to press softened butter into the mould, and place in the fridge for approx. 2 hours. Once set, invert the mould over the plate, and tap to release. If it needs a bit of help, use the maple wood butter knife again to loosen the edges.
