Red roast pork seasoning can be used to make the traditional Thai dish, Kao Moo Dang (Thai pork). The lean, tender pork has a slight sweetness and savory sauce, served with white rice, a boiled egg and sliced cucumber. 

The barbecued pork is marinated in a mixture of spices, salt, soy sauce and sugar. This pork seasoning blend provides you with everything you need to make the classic dish at home.
