The confit lemons are wonderfully soft and juicy. Blend to a paste with plenty of olive oil and harissa paste to make a marinade for chicken and white fish. Or add to a roasting dish with potatoes, red onions, tomatoes, garlic and rosemary to put a zesty twist on a roasted vegetable side dish.
