Polka Pants Houndstooth Chef Trousers

Polka Pants Houndstooth Chef Trousers

Description

Polka Pants houndstooth chef trousers are the ultimate trousers for female chefs. Designed for function and comfort as well as style, Polka Pants are the creation of chef and fashion designer, Maxine Thompson.

The tailored trousers are made in London from durable, lightweight cotton with just the right amount of stretch for comfort during long shifts. The clever tailoring means they flatter every body shape. Every pair of Polka Pants includes two slanted belt loops to keep cloths and towels handy while working.

This classic houndstooth design is at home in every environment. Smart and stylish, you may never want to take them off! These Polka Pants are cropped, falling just above the ankle.

While working as a chef, Maxine was frustrated that the only chef’s trousers available were baggy, shapeless and unflattering. What’s more, she knew that there was an increasing number of professional female chefs who take pride in their appearance – and they were being let down with the clothing on offer.

Armed with her joint experience in fashion and professional kitchens, Maxine set out to put this right. One of the first things Maxine made on her fashion design course was a pair of polka dot trousers. These polka dot trousers are what she wore while working as a freelance chef, and so the idea for Polka Pants was born.
