Plowboys BBQ 'Bovine Bold' Rub 184g

Description

The Plowboys BBQ ‘Bovine Bold’ rub is beef’s best friend. Rub into a brisket the day before a barbecue, for the flavour that earned Plowboys BBQ the title of American Royal Brisket Champion in 2009.

Plowboys BBQ started in 2001 as a competition team called Pork Pullin Plowboys. The team’s unique barbecue rubs gained recognition right from the start, and it wasn’t long before the Pork Pullin Plowboys were winning awards for their rubs as well as championship titles! In 2013, the team opened their first restaurant in Missouri – and Plowboys BBQ found its current form.

‘Bovine Bold’ is not just for brisket. In fact, Plowboys BBQ and a whole host of happy customers now agree that its perfect partner may be beef mince. In a spaghetti bolognese, shepherd’s pie, homemade meatballs, meatloaf, tacos – the ‘Bovine Bold’ is your new go-to seasoning!

Ingredients: salt, brown sugar, spices, black pepper, chilli pepper, paprika, dehydrated garlic & onion, Worcestershire powder (molasses, vinegar, corn syrup, salt, caramel (colour), garlic, sucrose, spices, tamarind, natural flavour, sulphites), sugar, turmeric, oregano, extractives of paprika, less than 2% calcium strearate to prevent caking.
