Use these tins to make your own pasteis de nata. The pack comes with a recipe, so you can get started straight away. The individual moulds are made from tin, which has excellent thermal conductivity.
There’s a technique to lining the moulds with puff pastry that is far easier with special pasteis de nata tins than with a muffin tray. Use one hand to hold and turn the mould, while with the other press and stretch a ball of puff pastry to fit the mould.
Pasteis de nata are best served warm as soon as they’re made, with a final dusting of icing sugar and cinnamon.
