Pariani’s chestnut flour is a sweet and nutty addition to Italian cakes. Made from 100% chestnuts which have been dried and then ground, the flour is very fine in texture. Use it to make Pugliese Castagnaccio - a nutty, olive oil-based cake. Alternatively, swap plain flour for chestnut flour and pair with chocolate to make festive yule logs.

Chestnut flour is naturally gluten free - it’s excellent for making fresh pasta. Roll out your nutty pasta and pair with earthy mushroom sauces.
