Oza Kahve’s Turkish coffee is finely ground Arabica medium-roast coffee. Traditionally prepared in a ‘cezve’ long handled pot and served without filtering, enjoy in authentic Turkish style with a teaspoon of sugar for a sweet, rich finish.
For traditional Turkish coffee, pour one demitasse cup of cold water and two teaspoons of coffee per serving into a larger pan. Add sugar to taste, stir and heat over a low flame. Once the coffee begins to simmer, remove from the heat and fill your cups until half full. Heat the remaining coffee again and then fill the remainder of the cups.
