Ocelot’s organic milk chocolate is made with Arriba beans. These rare beans are sourced from Ecuador’s Esmeraldas coast. The chocolate has notes of caramel which pairs beautifully with warming cinnamon.

For this limited edition bar, Ocelot teamed up with artisan bakery Wild Hearth. Based in Perthshire, they use organic flour and a state-of-the-art wood-fired oven. Their cinnamon buns are a work of art, adding a whole new dimension to this milk chocolate bar.

Ocelot’s milk chocolate gets its creaminess from organic Swiss milk. Small herds of Brown Swiss cows graze on mountain pastures and Alpine wildflowers. This gives the chocolate a delicate floral flavour and silky texture.

Ocelot chocolate is 100% organic and sold in fully recyclable and compostable packaging.

Based in Scotland, Ocelot makes organic chocolate from ethically sourced ingredients. Their sister company, Original Beans, ensures that cocoa farmers are paid fairly. They give the farmers the resources to produce high quality cocoa and support their families and communities. In 2023, they had schooled 2,944 farmers, 40% of them women. The company protects rainforests by supporting growers to plant and nurture native trees.
