Manfood wasabi mayonnaise is so well-balanced between pungent wasabi and creamy mayo that it may just become your new favourite condiment.
Put a Japanese twist on prawn cocktail by serving it with wasabi mayonnaise instead of seafood sauce. As you might expect, it’s fantastic with Japanese meals like homemade sushi and teriyaki glazed salmon as well.
Because wasabi is similar to horseradish, Manfood wasabi mayonnaise is also great with beef. Enjoy in a steak sandwich or simply alongside your Sunday roast. Try it with a roasted beetroot salad, or even add to mashed potato instead of butter.
Manfood was started by friends Jon Honeyball and Andre Dang. When Jon complained about the lack of properly crisp and chunky pickles, Andre took up the challenge of creating the perfect pickle. The first success became Manfood’s chunky piccalilli. Andre soon turned his hand to classics like bread & butter pickles and mango chutney. The result is a range of pickles, chutneys, sauces and jellies that are big on flavour and texture. Simply grab a Manfood jar and enjoy with most things you’ll find in your fridge.
