Manfood Vietnamese Pickled Onion 300g

Not all pickles are created equal, and Manfood Vietnamese pickled onion slices are a shining example of pickles on the higher end of the scale. Crisp, sweet and lightly spiced, this Southeast Asian take on pickled onions will open your eyes to the way pickles should be.

The vibrant pink onions are an ideal garnish for Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches. Serve the pickled onions alongside fresh limes, coriander and chilli with a bowl of pho. Enjoy either as a garnish or a refreshing bite in between mouthfuls of steaming noodles and broth.

Manfood was started by friends Jon Honeyball and Andre Dang. When Jon complained about the lack of properly crisp and chunky pickles, Andre took up the challenge of creating the perfect pickle. The first success became Manfood’s chunky piccalilli. Andre soon turned his hand to classics like bread & butter pickles and mango chutney. The result is a range of pickles, chutneys, sauces and jellies that are big on flavour and texture. Simply grab a Manfood jar and enjoy with most things you’ll find in your fridge.
