Korean tacos are a Korean-Mexican fusion street food dish that’s popular in Los Angeles. Make your own by topping soft corn tortillas with strips of beef bulgogi, lettuce, spring onions and a drizzle of this Korean taco sauce.
The intense, sticky sauce is a fantastic marinade for strips of chicken, beef and pork. Leave overnight and use to make a mouth-watering stir-fry. Or simply add a teaspoon to a stir-fry sauce to boost the chilli and umami flavours.

Manfood was started by friends Jon Honeyball and Andre Dang. When Jon complained about the lack of properly crisp and chunky pickles, Andre took up the challenge of creating the perfect pickle. The first success became Manfood’s chunky piccalilli. Andre soon turned his hand to classics like bread & butter pickles and mango chutney.
