Manfood Chunky Piccalilli 300g

Liven up the humble cheese sandwich with Manfood chunky piccalilli. The seriously tangy mustard & cider vinegar dressing gives way to satisfyingly crunchy vegetables.

Spoon the chunky piccalilli into a mature cheddar cheese sandwich, or on top of thick slices of ham. Scoop it up with wedges of pork pie, or even serve as a unique hot dog topping at your next barbecue.

This chunky piccalilli is the first recipe the Manfood founders created. They added a touch of honey to balance the sharp cider vinegar that gives this condiment its unmistakeable tanginess. A sprinkle of spices – cumin, coriander and turmeric – gives the piccalilli a hint of moreish curry flavour.

Manfood was started by friends Jon Honeyball and Andre Dang. When Jon complained about the lack of properly crisp and chunky pickles, Andre took up the challenge of creating the perfect pickle. The first success became Manfood’s chunky piccalilli. Andre soon turned his hand to classics like bread & butter pickles and mango chutney. The result is a range of pickles, chutneys, sauces and jellies that are big on flavour and texture. Simply grab a Manfood jar and enjoy with most things you’ll find in your fridge.
