With the Manfood BBQ essentials box in your kitchen arsenal, you’ll be ready with bold flavours to catch everyone’s attention at your next barbecue.
The BBQ essentials box includes:
- Manfood Beer Barbecue Sauce – a good glug of beer gives malty depth to this sweet, spicy and tangy sauce. It really comes into its own as a marinade – think sticky ribs and chicken drumsticks chargrilled to perfection.
- Manfood Adobo Wing Sauce – a Manfood twist on a traditional Filipino vinegar-based sauce. Brush over chicken wings part way through cooking, and layer it up to get seriously sticky. Or thin with a little extra soy sauce and lime juice for an umami, spicy and zesty marinade for prawns.
- Manfood Smoked Tomato Sauce – step away from plain old ketchup, this is the only tomato sauce you need with your sausages. Smoky, tangy and spicy, this won’t last long.
- Manfood Smoked Corn Relish – smoked sugar plus classic sweetcorn relish equals burger heaven. Great with hot dogs and nachos, too.
Manfood was started by friends Jon Honeyball and Andre Dang. When Jon complained about the lack of properly crisp and chunky pickles, Andre took up the challenge of creating the perfect pickle. The first success became Manfood’s chunky piccalilli. Andre soon turned his hand to classics like bread & butter pickles and mango chutney. The result is a range of pickles, chutneys, sauces and jellies that are big on flavour and texture. Simply grab a Manfood jar and enjoy with most things you’ll find in your fridge.
Includes: Manfood Beer Barbecue Sauce (contains gluten, fish, mustard), Manfood Adobo Wing Sauce (contains gluten, soy), Manfood Smoked Tomato Sauce, Manfood Smoked Corn Relish (contains mustard).
