Mad Millie Coconut Yoghurt Jar

Description

The Mad Millie coconut yoghurt jar is just what you need to make dairy-free yoghurt at home with a great tropical coconut flavour. Once complete, enjoy your very own homemade yoghurt with muesli, fresh fruit, or simply on its own. If you have a sweeter tooth, the kit includes a recipe for chocolate coconut yoghurt as well.

The coconut yoghurt kit comes with active bacteria cultures to turn the coconut milk into yoghurt. There’s no artificial colours or preservatives and the live cultures support gut health, too! The kit contains enough cultures and thickener to make up to 8 litres of coconut yoghurt in total.

And it doesn’t stop there – once you’ve used up the cultures and thickener included with the kit, carry on making yoghurt to your heart’s content with top up sachets of Mad Millie dairy free yoghurt culture and Mad Millie coconut yoghurt thickener.

Mad Millie are on a mission to make homemade artisanal foods easy and fun. Based in New Zealand, their step-by-step kits are designed to help people reconnect with the joys of artisan techniques like cheese making, sourdough bread baking and more. With their motto ‘as fresh as can be’, Mad Millie are championing fresher, healthier food for everyone. The kits are ideal gifts or try one yourself and discover a new hobby.

Kit contents: 1L glass jar, thermometer, dairy-free yoghurt culture, thickener (organic tapioca, organic guar & GMO-free maltodextrin from corn), kit instructions, recipe booklet.
