Marie-Amélie's lobster bisque with cognac makes a luxurious, ready-to-eat starter or main course. Or even use the lobster bisque as a sauce for fish dishes. Marie-Amélie is based in Frontignan, near Sète, one of the largest fishing ports in the Mediterranean. The soup contains four servings. To serve, pour the soup into a pan along with an additional half jar of water and warm on a low heat. Garnish with a little crème fraîche and garlic croutons.
Ingredients: water, lobster (20%), fish, tomato puree, crab, creme fraiche, cognac (0.6%), salt, white wine and white wine flavouring, spices, thickener: xanthan gum and guar gum, natural spices. May contain traces of molluscs and gluten.
