The pineapple corer and slicer takes the fuss out of preparing fresh pineapple.
Top-and-tail the pineapple and stand it on a flat, stable surface. Line up the centre of the slicer with the pineapple core and push down on the handle. Twist the corer and slicer in a clockwise direction as you go, until you feel it touching the work surface.
Remove the corer and slicer from the pineapple skin – you now have a perfectly peeled and cored pineapple ready for slicing! To release the core, take off the cap on top of the slicer.
