Dunns River creamed coconut adds a rich texture and mellow flavour to curries and spicy soups. Made from pure coconut, this highly concentrated ingredient can be used as is, or dilute a small piece in water to create your own coconut milk.
Add creamed coconut to vibrant vegetable curries, chicken noodle soup or a piña colada cocktail. Creamed coconut is wonderful in sweet recipes, too. Try it in zingy pineapple cheesecakes, carrot cakes or as a topping for pavlova.
