Island Sun White Gari 1.5kg


Island Sun white gari are granules made from dried cassava and it is used to in Caribbean cuisine, as well as to make eba, a staple food in Nigeria that is served alongside soups and stews. 

Eba is made in the following way:

  • Boil gari in water, stirring and beating until it thickens. 
  • The texture should be soft and sticky.
  • When it has the correct texture, it is then shaped into balls.
  • The eba can be dipped in soups and stews to soak up the liquid.

Ingredients: Ground Cassava Flour

Allergy advice: May contain cereals containing gluten.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep tightly closed.
