Giuseppe Giusti panettone with balsamic vinegar is a unique take on the classic Italian cake, produced in collaboration with historic bakery, Antica Pasticceria Muzzi.
The soft, airy slow prove cake is enhanced with Giusti’s sweet, 12 year aged balsamic vinegar. The vinegar is also used to soak the juicy sultanas, and added in cream form to the centre of the panettone for extra indulgence.
This panettone is even better served warm, with a scoop of cool vanilla ice cream, and a final drizzle of the aged balsamic vinegar.
Since 1605, the Giusti family has been producing Italy’s oldest balsamic vinegar, following a family recipe that’s remained the same since the start. With a focus on respect for tradition and a sustainable approach to production, the Giusti family has created some of the best-loved balsamics, not only in Italy, but across the world.
Based in the Modena countryside, Giusti still to this day age their balsamic vinegars in original casks, adding historic flavour characteristics to every bottle.
