Funkin apricot puree is a versatile ingredient that apricot-loving chefs won’t want to be without. Use to make apricot jams and jellies for cakes and pastries. Swirl through ricotta and use to fill homemade cannoli, or make your own refreshing apricot sorbet.

The apricot puree is fabulous in cocktails, too. It adds sweet, slightly tart notes to cocktails with gin, rum or Cointreau. It’s also a fantastic partner for prosecco and sparkling wine.

Funkin purees contain only the best fruit from around the world - no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives. This apricot puree is made of Bergeron apricots grown in the Rhone Valley in France. They’re chosen for their colour, aroma and natural sweetness. The purees come in a pourable pouch with a re-sealable screw top lid for easy cocktail making.
