Fiasconaro’s mixed berry and white chocolate colomba is a delicious twist on the classic recipe. The tartness of the wild berries cuts through the sweetness of the white chocolate for a truly delicious Easter treat.

Serve it with chilled prosecco or a sweet dessert wine after Easter lunch. It’s also wonderful toasted and spread thickly with mascarpone or hazelnut spread.

About Fiasconaro

Fiasconaro was founded in Castelbuono, Sicily in 1953 by Mario Fiasconaro. Mario started out as an ice-cream maker and pastry chef, and his first great masterpieces were mountains of profiteroles. His three sons, Fausto, Nicola and Martino, began learning the art of pastry when they were children. Today, the three brothers still lead the company.
